From the very centre of Grande Champagne, this exceptional cognac has matured for approximately sixty-five years in damp cellars, developing remarkable herbal complexity. Savoury, layered and utterly distinctive, it reflects both the unique terroir of Juillac les Coq and Ambleville and the character of traditional craftsmanship. Produced from Folle Blanche grapes grown on chalk-rich soils and distilled in small wood-fired stills, this is a rare and authentic expression of nineteenth century Grande Champagne cognac.
